WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Worldwide baby, there isn’t a place we can’t ship to.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, We’re proud to say all our products are authentic. Every product is checked on authenticity & quality by our selves and a renowned optician. We only sell vintage vintage items which means they are at least 20 years old. Some of them are NOS (new old stock) which means they have never been worn.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

We use Express shipping for all our shipments. TNT express for our European customers & Fedex for the US and rest of the world. So mostly 3-4 working days.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?

We allow returns within 14 days after receiving the goods, except for items on sale.

We accept payments through PayPal & iDEAL. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal/iDEAL, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

ANALYTICS

By default WordPress/Woocommerce does not collect any analytics data. However, we do use the Google Analytics plugin to check website visit numbers, location & page/product visits.

ADS ON OTHER SITES

We don’t use your data for ads on other sites & we don’t share personal info with ad companies.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We share your shipping info with the according shipping service (Fedex/TNT, DHL or PostNL) to assure that you will receive your order. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will safely storage your email to our mailchimp.com account.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

The privacy and security of your data is important to us. We use digital security and process controls to protect your data. We constantly update our website plugins to the latest version (WordPress, Woocommerce, PHP, MySQL.

Inside our company your data is only accessed by Sammy or Nino, the two founders of S&N. To access your data we use Apple hardware with the latest Apple software updates with additional Sophos antivirus software.

We need your help to keep your data safe! When you make an account, we ask you to pick a password. If you give a friend your password, it is much harder for us to keep your data safe. You should not use the same password across sites. That makes your data much less safe, and it’s very hard for us to protect you from someone else’s breach.

Watch out for the bad guys! S&N’s will never ask you for your password, so if you receive anything suspicious from someone pretending to be us, don’t be tricked into giving them your data.

MINORS

We do not want to collect any data from people under the age of 16. If we learn that we collected any such data, we will delete it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Our goal is to serve you. We know you want to control your data and you have the right to do so. We serve customers all over the world which means data privacy laws can differ in certain countries. Here is a list of the rights you have in the European Union:
